Detailed Description

SchemaCatalog::fromDbdDir — the runtime WoWDBDefs loader: parse a checkout's definitions directory of .dbd files, resolve every targeted era's member list with EXACTLY dbdgen's rules, assemble a WDBS blob in memory and hand it to fromBlob.

The parity contract (tested): built from the same definitions, this catalog and the embedded one agree schema for schema — which means every mangling rule here (snake_case, _lang stripping and its collision escape, keyword escaping, LocString locale counts, range collapsing, the Item-sparse rename) mirrors tools/dbdgen move for move. When dbdgen's rules change, this file and its parity test are the fence that changes with them.
